Another awesome premium live event is in store for beloved GOtv WWE fans! The highly-anticipated Elimination Chamber will take place at the Optus Stadium in Perth, Australia on the afternoon of Saturday 24 February 2024. And of course, the viewers are about to feast!

This will be the 14th edition of the Elimination Chamber event, and the first WWE event of any kind in Australia since Super Show-Down in October 2018.

'Elimination Chamber Matches' will be on show once again – these are contests where opponents are locked inside a 'chamber' in the corner of a steel structure surrounding the ring, and then released at specific intervals to join the melee. Often World Championships – or the chance to compete one – are on the line for these contests.

The main event, and the one which will surely have the most crowd involvement from the Australian fans, will see home favourite Rhea Ripley (who hails from Adelaide in south Australia) defend her WWE Women's World Championship against Nia Jax.

The pair have had a running feud in recent weeks, with 'The Nightmare' declaring her intention to put the challenger down and go on to defend the title again at WrestleMania in April.

"Nia Jax made a huge mistake when she attacked me," said Ripley. "Sure, she's big, she's powerful... but she doesn't have the all-round game that I have. And more importantly, she doesn't have my hunger, my determination. I'm going to keep my belt and take it to WrestleMania."

The winner of the Ripley v Jax bout will face the winner of a Women's Elimination Chamber match (which features Becky Lynch, Bianca Belair, Liv Morgan, Tiffany Stratton and Naomi) at WrestleMania.

The Men's Elimination Chamber will also have a title shot up for grabs, with the winner taking on Seth 'Freakin' Rollins for his Heavyweight World Championship at WrestleMania. The six competitors vying for a shot at 'The Architect' are Drew McIntyre, Randy Orton, Bobby Lashley, LA Knight, Kevin Owens and Logan Paul.

Another match which will surely capture the imagination sees The Judgement Day (Finn Balor & Damian Priest) face New Catch Republic (Pete Dunne & Tyler Bate) for the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship.
