Yes, your decoder will need a rescan for the channels to appear. You can use the following steps:
1. Press the Menu button.
2. Scroll to the Settings tab.
3. Go to Satellite settings.
4. Select Home Networks.
5. Choose Scan All.
No, the new channels will not incur extra costs. They will be available automatically on the relevant packages GOtv package; just re-scan your decoder if needed.
